Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Red Hat OpenShift architecture, components, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex L4 incidents related to OpenShift clusters, including networking, storage, authentication, and application deployments.
  • Perform advanced cluster diagnostics, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
  • Manage capacity planning, scalability, and availability of OpenShift clusters.
  • Design and implement automation for OpenShift operations, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with application development teams to optimize containerized workloads and resolve platform-related issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and roadmap of the OpenShift platform.
