Job Description

We are currently looking for a Unix/Linux & OpenShift Engineer to join WIT PARTNERS for a long-term assignment in Geneva.

<, configuring, and maintaining OpenShift clusters (IPI/UPI, bare metal, virtualized).
  • Managing Unix/Linux OS operations: installation, migration, hardening, patching, troubleshooting.
  • Adapting and optimizing OpenShift clusters: filesystem, quotas, RBAC, policies, security controls.
  • Deploying and maintaining observability stacks (logs, metrics, alerting): EFK/Loki, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Managing the full OpenShift lifecycle: version upgrades, operator management, image mirroring.
  • Implementing and enforcing security standards (RBAC, SCC, OIDC/SAML, OPA/Gatekeeper).
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex L2/L3 incidents.
  • Participating in the on-call rotation.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Unix/Linux systems administration .
