• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Knowledgeable with the Social Media sites like Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to produce promotional campaigns.
• Handle escalations from social media to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
