OPEN: Project & Control Engineer / Officer (Courtice)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Project & Control Engineer / Officer for a 12‑month, 35 hour per week position located in Courtice, ON. The role focuses on advanced project controls, primarily Primavera P6 schedule management, LOB administration, and portfolio‑wide schedule governance.

Responsibilities

• Primavera P6 Scheduling (Advanced)
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Primavera P6 schedules across multiple projects and programs.
  • Lead schedule quality assessments, including critical path analysis, float evaluations, baseline validation, and compliance audits.
  • Integrate schedules across portfolios to create consolidated roadmaps and milestone views.
  • Provide expert guidance on schedule structure, coding, calendars, and PMO standards.
  • Oversee and administer the entire P6 Schedule portfolio.
