Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to handle Ride Hailing App, Travel and E-Commerce (Non-Voice) account.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer concerns related to e-commerce orders, financial transactions, and travel bookings
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Follow company policies and account-specific guidelines
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards

Qualifications for Ride Hailing App Account (Voice):

  • HS Graduate - with at least 36 months of BPO experience
  • SHS Grad and up - with at least 12months of BPO experience

Qualifications for Travel Account (Voice):

  • 2nd year College (completed) to College Graduate - open for newbies
  • SHS Graduate to College Undergraduate - with at least 6 mo...
