Financial Customer Service Representative – Provide accurate, professional support by assisting clients with account inquiries, billing, and transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
  • Assist with payments, account updates, and billing questions.
  • Document all interactions in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and client satisfaction metrics.

Schedule & Training

  • Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Paid training on financial processes and systems.

Requirements

  • High School or Senior High School graduate.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
  • Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability.
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila.
