Job Overview

The ERP Program – Business Analyst, reporting into the Digital Technology & Services (DT&S) department, is a vital member of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Program. This role encompasses pre-planning, feasibility assessment, strategy development, comprehensive industry analysis, and implementation. The Analyst will leverage strong data analysis and communication skills to develop key artifacts, quickly and effectively put pen to paper, gather and refine business requirements, facilitate collaboration across business units, and work closely with Systems Integrators (SI), executive leadership, program managers, and project managers to ensure successful program delivery, execution, and deployment.
