With our organisation poised for growth, we are offering exciting opportunities for experienced open cut operators to join our production team. Reporting directly to your shift supervisor, your responsibilities will typically include safe operation of equipment and other duties.

Skills and Experience


Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in operating Dozers, Excavators and Drills will be highly regarded.

  • 2+ years’ experience operating large scale equipment in an open cut production environment or Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and the environment.

  • Ability and desire to work well within a multi skilled team environment.

  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster (including nightshift).

  • Supportive and “can do” attitude.
