Open Banking Operations Analyst

About the Role

As an Open Banking Operations Analyst within BOQ Group’s Open Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery, uplift and ongoing compliance of our Consumer Data Right (CDR) capabilities across all BOQ Group brands. The Open Banking team is responsible for ensuring BOQ meets its regulatory obligations and supports our customers and internal teams for CDR-related activities. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the bank’s stance and to inform the strategic approach toward Open Banking.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager Channels, you will drive operational excellence through process optimisation, control strengthening, and targeted improvements across the Open Banking ecosystem. Your work will directly strengthen BOQ’s regulatory compliance posture while enhancing the efficiency, clarity and scalability of our operating model.
