TeleTech Holdings, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Team Lead to manage onsite teams in Bacolod, Dumaguete, and Iloilo. You will lead in delivering high-quality customer experiences, coach associates, and ensure timely, efficient operations while supporting career growth.

You’ll report to the Manager, Service Delivery and drive performance improvements, staff development, and issue resolution to maintain service levels and client satisfaction.
