Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a System Administrator to support a large scale document digitization and automation initiative based in Fulton, MD. This role will play a critical part in supporting and maintaining a high volume environment running multiple document imaging platforms such as Tungsten Total Agility (KTA) , IBML (Imaging Business Machines) and others. Part of the roles is to support an environment that produces digitization of over 435 million pages across 52,000+ boxes, with a fast-paced development timeline leading into production and long-term operational support. This individual will work closely with program leadership, technical teams, and on-site operators to ensure seamless ingestion, processing, and metadata extraction of documents.
60-70% of this resources time will be dedicated to project support with the remainder of time focusing on general IT support. The overall infrastructure design and solutions are primarily established so th...
