Cyclone Co in Invercargill is seeking an onsite Support Engineer to join our team. You'll provide L1 and L2 support for software, hardware and network issues at a large customer site and occasionally assist other clients including government departments.

Be proactive, engage with customers on site, drive issues to resolution and suggest improvements. You'll work with a national service desk and fellow engineers, gaining guidance from local seniors while delivering timely, customer-focused
