Job Description

As an OnSite Specialist you will provide the connection between our customers, our international employees and OTTO Work Force. You will see your OnSite location as your company with all corresponding responsibilities. This means that you will have to work sometimes in the evening or on Saturdays. The right combination of enthusiasm, courage, perseverance and determination will make you successful in this position.

What are your tasks?

  • You work from our own OnSite office at the customer site.
  • You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and our international employees.
  • You coordinate your client's demand with your international employees on a daily basis. You then translate this into short and long-term planning.
  • You guide and coach international employees so that they continue to develop.
  • You accompany starting employees with introduction and you provide clear work instructions.
