Onsite Role || Cold Caller

Responsibilities

1. Make outbound cold calls to targeted prospects
2. Identify and qualify leads based on pain points related to security costs and guard turnover
3. Follow a consultative approach to understand prospect needs and pain points
4. Schedule qualified appointments/calls with prospects for the sales manager to close
5. Maintain detailed call logs and track metrics, including:
   • Number of dials made
   • Call volume
6. Work from the provided lead lists (sourced via Sales Navigator and Apollo)
7. Communicate professionally and naturally

Qualifications

1. Fluent English speaker with clear pronunciation and professional communication skills
2. Ability to think on your feet and engage in natural conversation
3. Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
