As a Resident Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their safety, satisfaction, and comfort. This role requires living on-site in a studio unit provided by the owner and entails providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Resident Manager will be on-call for emergencies and accessible via phone at all times.
