As an On-site Reefer Representative, you'll be the go-to support for our customers — providing technical assistance, handling minor repairs, and ensuring reefer units are ready for smooth operations. You'll combine hands-on troubleshooting with excellent customer service, making sure every delivery, unloading, and loading runs efficiently and on time.
Your Mission
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Perform minor repairs and basic troubleshooting on reefer units.
Ensure refrigeration systems function properly during operations.
Operational Support
Assist with unloading deliveries and loading pick-ups.
Provide onsite assistance to ensure operational efficiency.
Customer Support & Coordination
Deliver excellent service while assisting customers with reefer-related concerns.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
