Onsite Representative Lead

Overview

We are currently seeking an exceptional Onsite Representative to join our team. The On-Site Representative is accountable for representing Incora at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations.

Responsibilities

• Liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels
• Resolving inventory and product discrepancies
• Expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements

About You

A High school graduate with proven customer service and interaction skills, with direct customer contact with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers.
