SOPHiA GENETICS is seeking a Manager, Production to lead the day-to-day operations at the Rolle site, balancing priorities, people management, and continuous improvement. You will guide a five-person team, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and drive efficiency and cost initiatives in a regulated healthcare setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership as needed, with strategic project work and close partnership with Quality and project teams. This is a permanent, on-site position at Rolle.
