Job Description
Job Title: On-Site Manager (Fulltime permanent)
Company: Arrow Workforce Solutions
Location: Brampton/Bolton
Pay Rate: $50,000/Annum
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7AM to 3:30PM)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a workforce of 70–140 employees
Coordinate daily staffing needs for each shift
Prepare and maintain daily attendance reports
Conduct new hire orientations and site walk-ins
Issue and track PPE for all new hires
Maintain accurate PPE inventory
Collect and distribute employee paychecks
Compile and submit weekly timesheets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure smooth on-site operations in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing large teams (70+ staff preferred)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:
Building timesheets
Creating and using pivot tables
Demonstrated experience in client engagement and relationship management
