Onsite Juniper Mist Networking / Technical Lead

Position Overview: Embedded networking technician supporting Charter's deployment activities at the Client site. Primary focus on assisting with the rollout, configuration, and migration of wired and wireless networking devices as the Client sites transition from Aruba Networks to Juniper solutions. Acts as an on-site technical lead for day-to-day coordination of deployment tasks, without requiring senior-level engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and scheduling network cutovers, including identifying dependencies, risks, and required resources.
• Support after-hours and occasional weekend work during major cutovers or low-impact maintenance windows.
• Coordinate daily tasks among deployment team members, ensuring alignment with project timelines and site readiness.
