General Requirements:-
Own transport (car).
Strong spoken and written English.
Minimum diploma or degree in IT.
At least 2 years of experience in office IT support.

Technical Knowledge Requirements:-
Required: Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MS File Server, Office365.
Good to Have: Exchange, MSSQL.
Familiarity with Windows environments.
Ability to handle office IT support tasks: joining domains, setting up printers/scanners, managing file servers based on AD permissions, group policy, etc.
Strong communication skills to write reports and liaise between customers and the company.
Good to Have: Basic network knowledge.
