As an IT Onsite Support Engineer, you will manage and resolve work tickets, set up and troubleshoot both hardware and software, and provide training for office automation equipment. Your presence will be essential at designated service locations to support end users and perform proactive health checks on key IT systems such as printers and conference equipment.
