ECS Resource Group is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead IT service delivery in Whitehaven. This leadership role is aimed at those passionate about managing teams and delivering high-quality IT services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, proven people management skills, and the ability to drive performance. The position is onsite at Westlakes Science & Technology Park, and occasional travel to Warrington may be required.
