Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Onsite IT Engineer to join our IT support team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support for end-users, manage Windows-based systems, and ensure seamless onboarding and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Windows environments, user management, and Microsoft ecosystem tools, including Active Directory (AD), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Office 365. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support for Windows desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows 10/11) and servers, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues, updates, and performance optimization.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, hardware provisioning, and access rights configuration.
