Job Overview
We are looking for an Onsite Engineer – Level 2 to join our client’s IT team, providing hands‑on support to their user community. This role will act as a key point of contact for IT tickets, requests and issues, ensuring a high level of service delivery while representing the IT function onsite.
You will work closely with the IT Operations Manager and wider IT team, contributing to both day-to-day support and project-based initiatives.
