Responsibilities
- 1st level support to user, identification of problems, recording support tickets, solving simple problems.
- 24/7 Support & Standby (duty roster)
- Tracking of helpdesk ticket and provide progress update
- Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of system
- Providing technical support and guidance to end user, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Software and Application Version Upgrade on clients
- Opportunity to perform maintenance for servers
- Diploma in IT
- At least 1 yr experience in IT infrastructure
- 5 dayweek @ AMK area (go on site whenever required)
- Singaporeans only
