Job Description

Responsibilities
  • 1st level support to user, identification of problems, recording support tickets, solving simple problems.
  • 24/7 Support & Standby (duty roster)
  • Tracking of helpdesk ticket and provide progress update
  • Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of system
  • Providing technical support and guidance to end user, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Software and Application Version Upgrade on clients
  • Opportunity to perform maintenance for servers
Requirements
  • Diploma in IT
  • At least 1 yr experience in IT infrastructure
  • 5 dayweek @ AMK area (go on site whenever required)
  • Singaporeans only
