Job Description

Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and applications
Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and standard business applications
Manage user accounts, email, and access (Active Directory)
Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (e.g., SMAX, ServiceNow)
Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and basic server issues
Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
