We are currently seeking a Onsite Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Perai, Pulau Pinang (MY-07), Malaysia (MY).

Job Summary

Provide day‑to‑day technical support for end‑user IT systems to ensure smooth operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic network services. The role focuses on timely incident resolution, user assistance, and maintaining IT service quality while working closely with senior engineers and team leads.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑level desktop support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, or on‑site visits.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other end‑user devices.
