Onsite Counsellor

In this role, you will be providing direct clinical services and wellness program delivery at the assigned location for 3 out of the 5 days. The remaining two days will be focused on executing operational and client management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Onsite Clinical Service & Program Delivery

• Provide onsite/in-person mental health counselling for clients/ employees
• Report to the client's office 2 days a week (9 am to 6 pm).
• May have additional onsite deployments as part of staffing cover.
• Develop and deliver on-site group sessions and workshops to promote mental health education, resilience, and awareness.
• Deliver New Hire Orientation sessions on resilience, stress triggers and management, and wellbeing resources available.
• Conduct workshops for managers on empathy and identifying distress in employees.
