  • Managing rostering and performance for 200+ onsite candidates (up to 400 in peak season)

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, onboarding, and workforce planning

  • Being the go-to person for client liaison and daily operations

  • Solving problems on the fly in a dynamic warehouse environmen
