Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and identify leads on Upwork, Guru, and other freelance platforms.
- Manage and build strong relationships with clients from initial contact through to project delivery.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
