Overview
We're SOL Studios, an Australian digital agency (web development, branding, social media, SEO, hosting). We have a suite of client-facing service agreements that need to be professionally set up as DocuSign templates — with smart fields, conditional logic, and a clean signing experience for our clients.
We already have several agreements live in DocuSign which you'll be given access to as a reference for how we want things built. This is a paid test project to set up our SEO Services Agreement to that same standard, with the right person becoming our go-to as we continue releasing new service documents.
What We Need
We have a new Word document service agreement that needs to be configured as a reusable DocuSign template, consistent with our existing templates. Each agreement includes:
A Schedule with fillable fields (client name, ABN/ACN, address, email, price, payment terms, dates)
Conditional signing blocks — documents have multiple execution options (Austr...
