A dedicated education recruitment agency is seeking a 1:1 Support Assistant in Carshalton to provide dedicated support to a pupil with special educational needs. The successful candidate will assist in the classroom and promote independence and emotional regulation. This is a temporary position with term-time hours from Monday to Friday, offering excellent work-life balance. Candidates should be passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with SEND while having the skills to manage challenging behaviours.
