Job Description
- Hands-on experience to monitor and manage daily One IM batch jobs
- Experience in handling Job Server operations, including configuration, availability, and performance monitoring
- Administer and maintain One Identity Manager database (SQL Server)
- Perform job queue monitoring and troubleshooting via Job Queue Info tools
- Analyze and resolve failed jobs, sync issues, and workflow errors
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and operational stability
- Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for issue resolution
- Maintain logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
