One Church Hub Coordinator – Part-time role

We are looking for an organised, people-focused Community Hub Coordinator to support the smooth running of three community hubs operating across the week in different city centre church-based locations in Peterborough. This rewarding part‑time role offers the opportunity to work alongside volunteers, church teams and partner organisations which provide safe, inclusive and effective support for local people, while helping to build a stronger, more joined‑up service across the hubs.

In particular, you will be helping to implement the new Crisis Resilience Fund support across the new One Church Hub, supporting Crisis Payment Scheme applications.

Since November 2022, St John’s Church in the City Centre, St Mark’s Church in Lincoln Road and Park Road Baptist Church, have each been Community Support Hubs offering welcome, food and advice to people in need of support and working with the City Council, the Light Project Peterborough and other local agencies and Hubs.
