Facility in Providence, Rhode Island seeking NP Oncology locums coverage Rates: $120/hr Opportunity Highlights
  • Start Date: April 6, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed).
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM.
  • Flexibility: Full-time preferred; will consider candidates available for 1 2 weeks per month.
  • Travel: Full travel covered (Airfare, lodging, and car rental).
  • Work-Life Balance: Shared rotational call coverage.
Clinical Scope & Setting This position bridges the gap between clinical office visits and acute hospital rounding.
  • Outpatient Care: Manage a volume of patients per day in a clinic setting.
  • Inpatient Care: Perform daily rounding (typically 1 2 hours) based on consult volume.
  • Support: Work in collaboration with an on-site Hematology/Oncology physician.
  • Documentation: Hybrid system (80% Paper / 20% Meditech EMR).
