Job Description

As Brand Manager for Oncology, you will lead the commercial strategy and day-to-day delivery for an oncology brand in Gulf region.

You will work closely with medical, market access, sales, insights and external partners to drive launch readiness, growth and patient access.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver brand plans for launch and lifecycle stages in oncology aligned to local market needs.
  • Design and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns for healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Translate market and patient insights into actionable plans to improve access and outcomes.
  • Work cross‑functionally with medical, market access, sales and agencies to ensure aligned and timely execution.
  • Equip field teams with training, materials and tools to support patient identification and appropriate use.
  • Track brand performance, manage budget and report KPIs to inform business decisions.
