[ONC] Hematology Oncology Commerical Lead

The Oncology team is looking for a Commercial Director who will lead the commercial organization of Marketing and the customer-facing SME organization (HSP) for our growing Hematology Portfolio – Elrexfio and Besponsa. Elrexfio is expected to hit ~$100m in annual sales in 2025 and will be one of Pfizer Japan’s Top Priority Brands in OP26. Besponsa is indicated for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) which is a cancer with a high unmet need. Besponsa is a smaller product of great reputational importance given the high unmet need it serves. Besponsa received approval for pediatric ALL in March 2024. This leadership role will be responsible for delivering ~$120m revenue target in 2026OP.
