In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for newly hired employees. From coordinating pre-employment screenings and background checks to partnering with internal stakeholders, you will help drive an efficient hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and committed to maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the onboarding journey.
