JD: Onboarding Specialist”
Responsibilities:
  • Actively involved in pre-onboarding activities

  • Managing data and coordinating with various departments, including partners and candidates

  • Handling logistics arrangements related to onboarding

  • Required to be present in the office on the day of onboarding to facilitate the process

  • Preparing and sharing a monthly dashboard with the leadership team

  • In months with no onboarding activities, the specialist will assist the HR team with hiring or other operational tasks

  • The candidate should be agile and open to taking on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Candidates currently involved in conducting or managing induction programs in their present organization is Must
