Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound welcome calls and explain onboarding steps, appointments, and documentation
Verify and update patient demographic information in EHR/CRM systems
Perform insurance eligibility and benefits verification
Screen patients for program eligibility and escalate complex cases as needed
Document all interactions accurately while ensuring HIPAA and compliance adherence
