Job Description
Role Overview:
This position is responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the end-to-end customer onboarding process to ensure seamless, complaint, and efficient experience for customers and internal stakeholders. This role will manage the onboarding process, coordinate with compliance, risk, and sales functions, and ensure that all Know Your Customer (KYC) and operational standards are met in accordance with Australian regulations.

Customer Onboarding Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the onboarding tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of customer onboarding activities.
- Develop and maintain onboarding workflows, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations.
- Act as the main point of contact for sales teams as related to onboarding activities.
