Job Description
The **Onboarding Operations Coordinator** will own and execute all HR activities and communication pertaining to the onboarding of Philips’ new employees. In this role, you will be a part of the Philips People Services (PPS) organization, collaborating with PPS team members and other stakeholders in the business to ensure a successful and smooth transition for all employees.
**Your role:**
+ Owns the accurate and timely onboarding process for new employees at Philips, which includes processing offer letters, initiating and tracking background investigations, and the registration of new employees into HRIS & payroll systems.
+ You will serve as the main point of contact for candidates in the interview process and ensure that every aspect of their onboarding is smooth and successful
