Job Description

As a member of the Client Documentation Team , the Client Documentation Specialist plays a key role in ensuring:

• A smooth end‑to‑end document process flow across the bank’s departments, especially in cases of changes in circumstances
• The quality, coherence, and accuracy of client data across the bank’s systems
• The relevance and validity of client instructions by performing signature control
• Efficient and responsive support to other bank departments and branches

  • Review client‑provided documentation for changes in circumstances or account closures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., CDB20, CRS, FATCA/QI) and internal directives and procedures
