Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Ambit, IT Park, Chennai
All 5 days in a week, Work from Office
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in MS Excel (trackers, formulas, basic reporting).
Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage onboarding volumes effectively.
Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in HR onboarding, induction, or coordination roles is an added advantage.
Familiarity with BGV processes and HR operations preferred.
Must agree to Work from Office.
