We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to assist with Onboarding Documentation and Gorgias setup.

Responsibilities:
Create and organize onboarding documents based on our existing SOPs
Set up and configure Gorgias according to company requirements
Ensure all documentation follows company standards and processes
Maintain accuracy and clarity in all materials
Requirements:
Experience creating professional documents
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow company guidelines and processes
Experience with Gorgias setup is a plus
