Job Description

The position of Onboarding Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to support the onboarding of hires within TransPerfect across the U.S. and Canada. The Onboarding Coordinator will manage a high volume of onboarding, ensuring full compliance with all requirements across different locations. The role serves as a point of contact between hires, recruiters, the HR team, and payroll to guarantee a seamless onboarding and payroll experience while interacting with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of onboarding for project‑based employees.
  • Process the setup of hire profiles within the HRIS system.
  • Request necessary documents/paperwork from new hires, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.
  • Own the onboarding process independently, ensuring all steps are completed on time for payroll submissions.
