Job Description
As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a crucial role in guiding applicants through the company's application and hiring process. You will be instrumental in ensuring that each candidate has a positive experience as they transition into their new role.
Responsibilities

+ Assist applicants with completing new-hire paperwork.

+ Manage and support multiple applicants simultaneously in a room equipped with approximately 30 computers.

+ Facilitate the fingerprinting process as needed.

+ Assist with documentation, paper filing, and managing/storing paperwork and applications.

+ Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for applicants.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in onboarding and recruitment processes.

+ Strong customer service and data entry skills.
