Onboarding Associate

This is a great opportunity for a career orientated market professional to join a leading financial services organisation as a Client Onboarding Associate.
  
Dealing with high-net-worth clients and very intelligent colleagues, our client is keen to meet with individuals who have had at least two to four year’s market experience in Onboarding / portfolio administration.  
  
Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
  

• Facilitate all aspects of the client onboarding process for new clients
• Initial creation of the client account
• Full Portfolio reconstruction back to the start of the financial year ensuring Capital Gains, Income and Expenses mirror that of the previous platform
• Linking through of external portfolio accounts and data feeds
• Tracking receipt of assets from external brokers and platforms and chasing and escalating as required
