Onboarding analyst

What you will be doing

You will be assisting our team in ensuring that projects and account onboardings are executed timeously and accurately.

Here is what your day-to-day would look like:

Deal with all administrative tasks specific to the projects you are involved with and as required by our team. Collate, process, and clean up data from various sources (which could require a fair amount of tenacity). Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Learn and grow, both personally and professionally, within the safe space of a supportive team (we have each other’s backs) Identify opportunities to drive product refinements to continuously enhance the client experience.
